    down here all weddings are buffet style and i think that any of the options will be fine.  i would probably throw a chicken or fish option in if you can.

    I voted crap shoot, but I can tell you — if I was on a buffet with all three, I’d go straight for the lamb. I love me some lamb!

    Out of those options, steak is more of a crowd pleaser. The other two are hit or miss. Is it possible to have a carving station so that the steak doesn’t have to sit in a chafing dish? That way it comes across as “fresher”.
