Accordian folder for magazine tearouts, organized folders on my computer for pictures saved from websites. Plus a text file with ideas I've found. My mom is a little bit frightened because I've never been this organized before.

And I can say this, because I'm one of them LOL.
Just sent my BMs a pdf file with all the info they would need for their outfits. I've decided that they can pick any style they want from the Dessy.com, with some guidelines (colour, fabric). I also provided them with some images of suggested styles and their style #. Shoes - anything pretty and black. Accessories & make up - TBD later.
Then I finished it off with the details of the store they could order from and any other misc. details that they might find useful (when the store will have sales, the costs, alterations, custom designs, etc).
What have you ladies done to keep things organized?
