When the vidoe gets to the image you want to save, hit F10 to grab a screen shot. Then open a new file in an image program such as Photoshop or Powerpoint and choose Edit-> Paste. You'll need to crop out the surrounding desktop, then save.

I might be just computer illerate, so forgive me for asking a stupid question. How can you save images from an Adobe Flash Player? I'm just gathering pictures for inspiration.
