@littlemisshostess:  First off- your emerald cut ring is gorgeous! I had a really hard time choosing a band to go with mine as well, although it’s quite a bit smaller. I ended up going with a plain channel set band, but my e-ring band is also channel set so it fit easily.

Out of the images you posted I would have to say I like the last the most (jeweler be damned!)…. The eternity sparkle does kinda take away from the emerald cut, and I would be annoyed with the U-shaped band if I ever wanted to wear it alone (I’m a symmety person as well)…. The last is a little more fitting I think & fun- it adds to your simple but bling e-ring without distracting too much, and it’s unique and more fun than a traditional plain band (plain/pave/infinity)….

@littlemisshostess:  i am not wowed by any of these tbh.  i would like to see a band with baguettes in it so that it ties in with your ering (which is very pretty btw).

@mypinkshoes:  +1 I’m also not really wowed by the ones you put up but I think a ring like this would go really well with yours.  I got a curved one so I wouldn’t have a gap (I have an emerald cut e-ring too).

@littlemisshostess:  That infinity band is gorgeous with your ring.  The other bands don’t compliment your e-ring like that band.  Go with that!

@littlemisshostess:  Disclaimer: I love love love gaps, so I would neeeever do a curved band.

BUT I just adore the friend ring. I also think the pave eternity is very pretty, but I might do a slightly thinner band.

@littlemisshostess:  if he is a jeweller, i am sure he can get other rings in.  show him some that you might like and ask him to find them for you.  that is what they do.

Your e-ring is beautiful! I really really like the last band with your e-ring, I think the jeweler is just wrong!

Friend’s ring style! I love the combination!

ETA: No jeweller wanted to give me the ring I wanted either, so I went somewhere else where they listened to me and I got what I wanted. Everyone thinks it looks nice together.

@mypinkshoes:  oh gads THAT is nice.

Agree with this poster OP. The ones you showed aren’t ringing my bells.
