@MissPumpkinPie: Bahhhh I bet it's funny, but I can't see the picture :/
@CarolinaCola: Shoot, really? Let me try to repost. Give me a few seconds and check back again.
@MissPumpkinPie: I see it now! Hahahaha! That's really funny! I love how a movie with that description could totally be called Jack Frost, and if someone didn't know better then they would be waiting for some killer snowman to appear. Haha.
Edit: I just turned to ABC Family to see if my tv would show the wrong description. I was kinda disappointed that it correctly described the film. Haha.
@CarolinaCola: FI and I found it hysterical for the simple fact children watch this channel and whoever made up the description didn't even realize it. Ah, the small things in life.
@MissPumpkinPie: Oh, yeah. Somebody definitely dropped the ball on that one. Haha.
Thats so weird, and wrong, I bet they will have low watching ratings because parents will be like "what are you watching?! oh no no no!!" lol
It's right on my tv so it must be a local carrier thing... :)
@MissPumpkinPie: We actually have Time Warner, but I was just hoping it was wrong all over.
@o0olibelulao0o: Could you imagine if the mix up was vice versa? They had the description for the child-friendly movie and accidentally put on the scary one? Poor kids would be traumatized forever. I know I'd be like "what the heck are you kids think you're watching?!" if I saw the description for the movie.
@CarolinaCola: FI told me this happened during the week when he was watching a movie. They said it was one thing, but it wasn't even the right title for the movie. He's always goggling movies to read up on them. The characters and storyline didn't even match.
Lol. On a side note, Hanson's Christmas CD is my favourite ever ♥
@MissPumpkinPie: haha, I saw this too! I was aware that there was a "scary" version of the movie, and I def. had to do a double take as I was scrolling through the on screen guide!
@future_schu: So, it was a New Jersey mistake? Where in Jersey do you live? That's too funny.
@MademoiselleL: <3 Hanson. Hahaha!
@KatyElle: Glad you enjoyed it!

So, I'm watching Jack Frost with Michael Keaton in it. It's about a musician that was killed in a car accident during a snow storm. He later turns into a snow man after his son plays a "magical" harmonica he gave him before he died. I changed the channel to see if anything else was on, put ABC Family back on and noticed this description:
I thought it was pretty funny considering it's a Family tv show so children are watching it. It's clearly the wrong description for this movie. I haven't looked into if there's another Jack Frost. I also know that this movie wasn't made in 2006. Hanson's Christmas songs are played in it. Hahaha.
ETA: FI looked up Jack Frost. There is a "scary" version of it. Neither of them were made in 2006. Even better.
Other Jack Frost:
^ No thanks. Hahaha.
