Hi My parents used them for an out of state move. They were great they delivered the trailer we packed it. They picked it up and moved it to Tennessee. It was there before we were. The only problem we had was that it took them a few days to pick up the trailer after we were done un packing it. Good Luck!!!!!

I’ve used them twice, once from MN->MA and once from MA->PA. The first time I used them, I had the option of using a pod rather than a trailer, and I had a *substantially* better experience. All of my stuff survived the move, and it was super convenient to only have to figure out where they could drop the pod.

When I used the trailer, it was a HUGE pain to reserve street parking for a gigantic trailer, and the retaining wall was broken. They said that they’d fix the retaining wall before shipping my stuff, but they didn’t. The wall failed during the trip, and a bunch of my stuff was broken when the pile collapsed. When I called them, I was essentially told that it was my fault for not packing the trailer correctly.

If you can use a pod, I’d go ahead and book them. But if your only option is a trailer (it varies by geographic location), I’d look elsewhere.

I used their pods to move from Texas to Washington and then Washington to California. I LOVED them and had such a positive experience both times. Nothing ever broke. Nothing ever broke and I found the customer service to be great. I would totally recommend their pod program!
