Try posting this under ideas! I think there is something like this on there but I love the idea!
Agreed.... the ideas board is the place for this and then tell us you did it and I'll vote yes! :) I would really like to know when someone responds to me bc a lot of times I totally forget to check back.
Once you're in a thread though if you want to see if anyone responded to you the easiest thing is the search the page. If you're on a mac click use command+f and a box will pop up you can look for words. I don't remember on a pc bc its been a while... but I want to say control+f?
i love the idea of getting notified when someone replies to you, you should definitely submit that idea.

@JenniMichele: Head over to the idea board under the main blog and search for my idea in the "Under review section" and there is also another thread for the first part of my suggestion.
@hermitcrab: yes, and that helps sometimes but particularly in large volume posts (Like Dress posts) when LOTS of people are commenting, possibly about different subjects related to the original post that it would be nice to chain the responses so you can follow the various conversations, without having to scroll up and down to see what people are responding too!

Two things are bugging me
1 - Is there any way to link it so that when someone clicks reply to a post, the poster receives a message so that they can respond?
2- can we chain the responses to the original post so that the poster doesn't have to search through potentially pages of other responses to find the one response to their post? I guess that makes it a post within a post.
Thoughts??
