@skippydarling:  I would just say hi it’s Skippydarling, I spoke with (insert name/you).  I know the holidays are a busy time and I hadn’t heard anything.  I’m really interested in workign with your compnay and wanted to follow up on our previous interview 🙂

“Hi!  We must have miscommunicated on the time of the phone conference, so I was just calling to reschedule.”

I wouldn’t mention the e-mails.  You know and she knows.  You’ll force her to admit they’ve hired someone else or make her reschedule.

@Mars62312:  +1.  Let her save face.  I know you said this is your dream job and dream compnay but are you really sure you want to work for “this” person.  It sounds like it could be a challenge and not in a good way.  Is there the possibility to look at other positions within the same company?  I heard what you said, but it would concern me, that’s the only reason I ask.

@skippydarling:  I wish you the best of luck either way!  It’s a hard time for job hunting and having your dream job open up is exciting. 🙂
