Hi All! I’m trying to decide what accessories/jewellery to wear with my wedding gown and need some opinions! I have a lace/tulle ivory gown (strapless). I have a matching tulle fascinator/blusher veil, crystal hair piece, very small crystal drop earrings, and a thin crystal belt. My “something borrowed” is a friend’s bracelet (it has crystals, pearls, and some gold) and is quite chunky. I’m concerned that this will be too much – what do you all think?
The hair piece will be at the back of my hair and the veil will come off after the ceremony. The belt and earrings will stay on – is a chunky pearl bracelet complementary or too much?

Hard to give advice without seeing it all in a photo.

Sounds like too much to me. I think 1-2 accessories are plenty, 3 if you have a really plain dress.

Sounds awesome to me! It does sound like a lot but when you’re the bride, I feel like you have the license to wear as much as you want. Worst comes to worst, try it on the day of, and if something feels off you can take it off.
I wore all my accessories to my last dress fitting and it helped me realize I actually needed more. I highly recommend doing this!

YellowDiamondBride: Really hard to say without a picture. I’d just take it all with you to your fittings- thats what I did and took pics of each combo of jewelry to show my mom & sister for their opinion since sometimes I go over the top with jewelry…. I ended up going more understated than I usually do, but it fit my look & dress well. Some dresses look great with less, some look great with more!
