I have my dress and shoes, but have not decided how to accessorize. i will probably wear my hair in a simple chignon. What kind of earrings or bracelet? Should i wear a flower in my hair-silk or fresh? The shoes have both gold or silver so i could go either way.
I was thinking gold only because I could borrow a pair of gold and diamond simple dangle earrings from my mother. i do not yet have something old borrowed or blue!

OOooo your dress is channeling old Hollywood glamour, I LOVE it!! I would do long chandelier earrings for sure, maybe a mix of diamonds and pearls. I wouldnt do a necklace bc you dont want it to take away from the gorgeous draped neckline. If I did, it would be a strand of pearls, depending upon the size of the earrings. For your hair flower, I would do silk only because you want it to stay fresh and perfect. Fresh are by far the best but being in yor hair, theres the possibility it will wilt, the petals could fall off, petals turn brown, etc. Shoes are too cute! Something blue could be adding sapphires (or blue colored) to your jewelry, omg that would be stunning with your dress. Or blue lingerie/garter. Def a cuff bracelet or some kind of vintage style.
Check out perfectdetails.com, they have TONS of gorgeous jewelry that you can look at for inspiration. Love that website.

Gorgeous gown! I agree with mrsmurraytobe on the hair flower.
1. Chandelier earrings and cuff bracelet. Art Deco style
2. Long shoulder duster earrings with a mix of pearls and rhinestone crystal and bangles that have these elements thru out.
3. Simple stud or pearl earrings, lariat necklace with a mix of pearl and crystals, and multistrand bracelet in the same materials.
I have attached a picture of a lariat necklace. It’s designed to drape down your back.
Hope this helps!

In the past few weeks, I’ve ordered/bought and returned many pieces of jewelry and accessories – I just can’t get the right look! Everything I try seems too traditional bridal or too vintage and that is not really my style.
I found this picture and it sort of inspired me. The dress is simple and fitted like mine. I am now thinking of doing a looser updo and some chandelier earrings and skipping a necklace or bracelet. What do you think?
