What about something like, "We invite you to stay, as our guests, at the XXX Cabin in Gatlinburg, TN with family and friends." Saying they are your guests would let them know you're paying.
that is so sweet of you! I wish we could do that. I like rosy's suggestion of the word guest.

Hi Bees! For our wedding, my fiancee and I have rented a huge cabin for family and friends to stay in Friday night and Saturday night. We have covered the cost since this is (kind of) a destination wedding and we are going for a very low key, "weekend with family and friends" feel, we decided that we would rent 2 cabins - one HUGE one that sleeps 38 (the guests and the groom's family will be here) and one smaller one that sleeps 10 for my family.
Anyway, I am DIYing my invites and I'm not sure how to word the accommodations card. I want for everyone to know that we have accommodations for them (at no cost to them). So far I have:
"For the weekend of our wedding you are invited to stay with family and friends at the XXXXXXX Cabin in Gatlinburg, TN"
I know I need more but I'm at a loss.......
