Oh no. I’m having a “what have I gotten myself into?!” moment!!!! I used to work in film and television and have friends who are still in the industry. A friend of mine convinced me to send in an application for a show she’s working on that’s basically a dinner party sort of thing. I don’t know what the point of it is or if I win anything. So anywho, they called today and want to come over to do a little interview tape of us and watch us cook. What?! I’m planning a wedding! My house is a disaster!! We’re hosting a Superbowl party Sunday! I have a thousand reasons why this is not a great idea but for some reason I still said yes. What the heck is wrong with me?! LOL! There better be something good at the end of this if I do it…

I’ll be the one all flustered and freaking out. Ugh. What have I done?!

Well, they probably aren’t going to film your whole house, just your kitchen. On those HGTV shows the best kitchens for open houses always have very little stuff out—clean countertops and nothing magneted to the fridge. So tidy up the kitchen, add one or two accessories back, and it’ll look great. Sounds fun!

It’s only an interview, relax and have fun. It sounds a bit like a show we have here called “Come Dine With Me” about couples who host dinner parties and try and win money. It could be fun!

Littlemissmoo, I think that’s the show. I can’t remember the name of it. Oh man, now I have to clean. I hate cleaning. Oh well, maybe if we make it on the show we can win some money for the wedding!
