I've never used it but I've seen a gazillion raves on here about Sephora's HD Forever makeup. Try searching that on here, and see what other posts you can bring up and everyone's comments on it!
There's a ton of great info on dealing with acne and makeup on these two sites:

Check out the natural remedies like apple cider vinegar and the aspirin mask.
I have the same problem. I have fair, non oily skin. My acne can get pretty bad at times and the scarring inst pretty. I use bare minerals foundation, it is a life saver most people don't even realize how bad my skin gets.maybe it will help you just the same.
Get a makeup artist who has airbrushing equipment. Airbrushed makeup covers like... everything
Hi. I actually make makeup for a living...
I'd reccomend you go with something organic, natural as far as makeup.
As far as clearing up current acne... try kaolin clay...it's is a main ingredient in many products. But ifyou just buy the powder, you can use it to clear up acne.
You put a dab on your zit, or as a mask. It works really, really really well to get rid of new zits within a day.
I get horrible, cystic ones and have not had issues with them in over a year.
Kaolin is also good for blackheads.
BUT all skin is different so if you are going to try it, do it a while before your wedding (not like the night before) in case you have a reaction of some sort
@ prettylady: have you ever looked into bare minerals causing acne?
If you google "bare minerals+ acne" you will see many people get acne from their foundations, because of one of their additives. Just and FYI. They are a great idea, but not worth the money IMO
I dont know if it would work or not, but you could try medical makeup.

Okay, so I have had adult-onset acne for many years now. My physician and I are working together to resolve it, and trying to switch birth control as a first method. My acne is not the type to be treated with accutane. As a matter of fact, my face isn't even oily.
So I am trying to be realistic and realize I may have to deal with my red, angry acne on my wedding day. So I am looking for make-up recommendations to deal with this. Good foundations, cover-up, powders. Anything! I am very fair skinned, so my the redness in my acne just stands out like a red stop-light.
Recommendations for makeup products please!
