Yep! My little brother had a pretty bad accident and tore his face up. The plastic surgeon told him to buy some vitamin E oil and rub it onto the scars. He said that the oil really wasn't the important part though it was the rubbing. Rubbing your skin increases blood flow to that area. The increased blood flow leads to increased oxygenation and faster healing. The dr. told him to do this a few times a day.
If I were you I would use your normal facial lotion or one with a vitamin E additive and rub it into the area a few times a day. Directly after I would wash my face to remove any extra oils from the activity. And make sure you wash your hands and face thoroughly before hand to ensure you aren't rubbing any bacteria into your skin while doing this.
Hope that helps

hi all. i guess i should start out by saying that my t-zone area and chin are on the oily side. a month ago i've broke out a lot on my chin (usually happens around that special time of the month). it's been getting a little better but i still get one or two. now i have all these scars. i'd like to try a fading cream that actually works (and won't cause me to breakout even more since i do have sensitive skin). does anyone out there have any suggestions?
