Any Adamson House brides out there using the Coldwell Banker parking lot for their guests?   Can you please let me know your experience so I can see if anything is fishy here?  After getting the run-around (Coldwell Banker office says to call a guy named Dale, Dale says to call Alfonso at City Valet who runs the lot, Alfonso then says to call a Luis Garcia...), I need to make sure this is how Coldwell Banker normally handles it for everyone.  If you're using the Coldwell Banker lot, can you all let me know if this is who you are going through as well (Luis Garcia at City Valet), or was your experience different?  Thanks!!

I just heard the bad news from Armida re: the Civic Center lot too.  I think we are going to have to use the Coldwell Banker lot but we are going through a guy named Rim at Riz Transportation.  Apparently they have exclusive rights to the lot, and you have to use their shuttles.  I'm just curious if you came to the same conclusion -- it seems outrageously expensive.  Thanks!

Hi Petra.  You can use Riz Transportation if you want, but like you said, they are pretty expensive.  They do NOT have exclusive rights to the Coldwell Banker lot.  You can use whatever company you want, so long as you or they rent it from Coldwell Banker.  A guy named Dale at Coldwell Banker said they have a company called "City Valet" who actually manages the lot and provides shuttle service.  I ended up going with City Valet because they are much cheaper!  Here is the contact:

They don't have a website and even seems a bit shady, but they have really good rates compared to the others.  Luis Garcia is also really nice and helpful.  If Coldwell Banker recommended them, then I felt it was okay to go with it.  Let me know what you end up doing and what your experience is with City Valet/Luis.  Thanks!
