    I think that adding cap sleeves would definitely make the DB dress look more like the Sarah Danielle one! You may also try to find some sort of flower belt or something to add on to it, like the other dress!

    I usually am not a fan of cap sleeves, but in this situation, I think it would be lovely!

    Since they were featured on a gown you loved, then go ahead and try to make it look even more like the dream dress w/ cap sleeves.

    I love the cap sleeves but if its complicated (or too costly) to add, you could also consider a shrug with a similar sleeve design.

    I think a shrug look really pretty and maybe cheaper than adding cap sleeves.  Then you can take the shrug off and have a different look!

    I think it would look nice with the caps – as chapelhillfiddler says, there are lots of strapless dresses out there!
