Yea! Congrats! I like the part about taking multiple tests. I took one and then got in to see the doctor fairly quickly. I took another one before the visit. Hubby thought I was crazy but I just wanted to be sure instead of being the nutso woman who was only claiming to be pregnant.
Congrats! Enjoy your pregnancy......cause your life will never be the same after your bundle arrives.

@candicemcc: Lol @ taking the tests...tell your husband that you're SO NOT crazy. The nurse at my first prenatal told me of a woman who took SEVEN tests before her appointment (for the same reason you did)...except she got the rep as the woman who couldn't pee to verify the pregnancy.

Sure will.. I think its just a confirmation (ie dr's pregnancy test) and then we'll schedule the first official appointment but I'm not sure... How do you feel about maybe starting a newly pregnant thread for all of us recently expecting to keep track and compare with each other?

@sanddollar yes! My last period started July 21 so I am starting my 5th week this week :) I am due somewhere around April 28th and can't see my Dr. till Sept. 29 (10 weeks)
@Sulli301: how exciting!! i'm glad that you got some good luck!! i'm one day behind you (maybe, trying to get a blood test to confirm ovulation) but don't think this is gonna be my month! i can't believe you got it the first month!! way to go girl!!
@Sulli301: Awww yea! Have you invested in "What to expect when your expecting?" and
"What to eat when your expecting?". FH and I got them the day we found out. My SIL swore by the first one when she was pregnant and actually re-read it with her second. I wanted the one about eating because I don't want to eat anything that could be harmful and also because there are a ton of fabulous recipes in the back! It also has some great tips on working out and the benefits for you and baby during pregnancy and birth.
@Sulli301: Oh I was just reading the thread about baby registries and I love how you said about reading the list and you weren't even pregnant yet...haha that was only a week ago and YOU WERE!!! Congrats again

wow! awesome :) I will be hoping on amazon tonight! thanks :) Do you have a smartphone? I have the iPhone and downloaded an ap that shows your baby/your body/your diet week by week:) It is awesome!

My husband and I found out today (6 tests/3 brands) that we are pregnant!!!
I am so excited :) and overwelmed! And surprised! And nervous! But mostly, happy :)
