Hi…I’m Caitlin and I’m addicted to peanut butter in a bad way. I use to hate it when I was younger and now I crave it at all times. I just had to compromise a spoonful (took too much) of PB by tossing in a pot soaking in the sink cause otherwise it would all be in my belly.
Can I get some support??

+ fat. Lots of fat. I definitely believe PB has a place in a healthy diet, but only in very small portions. The problem being I want much larger portions than my rear can handle.

I’m also slightly addicted to peanut butter! But there are so many worse things that we could be addicted to, so I think its alright. I’m am seriously addicted to the fresh ground one at whole foods!
I recently started using PB2 instead of regular peanut butter for a lot of things, although its not the same as just a spoonful of peanut butter, its great for protein shakes and you can’t taste the difference in PB+J. Theres much less fat and calories than regular peanut butter.

My name is Icetea and I’m addicted to Weddingbee 🙁
4 components of addiction:
1. Compulsion and Craving (check!)
2. Loss of control over use (check! as in I check weddingbee all day and night 🙂
3. Continued use despite adverse affects (check! I have a final exam in a couple of hours and here I am on weddingbee)
4. Salience of use (check! It’s all consuming 🙂

My name is Nona99 and I am an addict:
I’m addicted to Mr. 99 in a big way!
Shoes and handbags pull a close second
and it bears mentioning that I have an enormous fascination with beauty and hair products that dominates a large amount of my time…
BUT, you can’t argue with results….we’re celebrating our 5th anniversary next month, and no matter where I go…I look GOOD!

I’m a potato chip addict! If they are in the house, they are soon to be in my mouth… and on my thighs, stomach and ass, unfortunately.

@caits615: I also love peanut butter (especially chunky). Thankfully my fiance also prefers chunky peanut butter … I don’t know if our relationship could survive if he was a smooth and creamy kind of guy. Haha.
@icetea: Oh my God, me too. I’ve been trying to wean myself off WeddingBee (not completely, just so I’m not constantly posting, checking the boards, etc.), but I think the only reason I’ve been able to do this is because I’ve just been so busy recently. Of course, I say this … But I’m sitting here posting on WeddingBee while I wait to leave for a hair appointment. I’ve obviously managed to squeeze in some time for the Bee regardless of other commitments.

I eat PB every day. You just need to use the all natural PB with only peanuts and a pinch of salt. Fat is not bad. Look at how the obesity and diabetes rates sky rockeyed after the anti-fat campaign of the 80’s. Do your research. Peanut butter is an excellent source of HEALTHY fats and proteins.

@MrsM914: Oh I eat it everyday and do only natural. I’m a health freak, but there is such a thing as too much and I definitely walk that line!

@angelinthesnowxo: Chunky is totally the way to go. I can do creamy, but chunky will always win out!
