You could add a bolero. My dress came with a lace bolero that you could take on and off- but I knew I’d keep it on the whole time so I had snaps added to the bottom of it  and inside my dress so that it would stay tucked in.

I’m in the process of adding sleeves to my dress so unfortunately I won’t have pics until the next fitting (April 1st).  I knew I was going to have them added before I ordered my dress so we ordered extra material from the company so the colours/shades matched. 

I almost went with a bolero but I was worried both about matching the shades/material and also if it was a hot day out, people would be trying to get me to take it off even though I’d be wearing it to feel comfortable with my arms, not to keep warm.  I really do like what OoOTifsterOoO did though!  I never thought to tuck in the bolero to make it look like part of the dress. Very pretty.

I added sleeves!  Sorry for the pic of my back but I think you get a better idea with this shot.
