I’m getting married at a venue that only does weddings, it’s pretty popular in our area. Question is: do I need to put the address of the venue on the invitation?
I’m not sending direction cards and we’re giving the option to RSVP on our wedding website where the address is listed.

Depends on your invite list? Most of my guests probably wouldn’t need it, but for my grandmother and older uncles who don’t have internet, I would expect them to rsvp by calling me instead, and then they wouldn’t have the address.

We did, but our wedding was OOT for most guests

@mrsztobee: Do you have any out of town guests? Putting it on the invites will help those who may not know. I know most people in my area know where my venue is at but I also know that the couple who live out of town and have never been to my city, probably don’t have a clue how to get there. If you choose not to put the address on the invites, I would probably include a small piece of paper with the addresses for any out of town guests (inside their invite) but again that would be your choice!

@Mez03: Thanks! That’s a good idea. 95% of people won’t need any help finding it or getting directions from the internet, but for the few who do I’ll put a slip in theirs. I was really trying to avoid putting the address on the invite because it looks prettier and cleaner without it.
