Less formal - first and last names rather than titles, but the style of our STDs is fairly informal, so we thought that was appropriate. And we didn't use fancy script - just printed the envelopes in a font that matched that used on the STDs.
we did Mr. & Mrs. It's much easier to set up your excel spreadsheet that way for the mail merge to use again for the invitations. also, we didn't have wives names for some of the ppl yet so it was easier to say "Mr & Mrs. Bob Smith"
Same as they will go out for the wedding (Mr & Mrs D. Jones) but in a much more informal way - I printed out lables in a plain font and stuck them on. Mine we're post cards so it worked well this way.
On the invites obviously it will be a nice formal script printing the address right onto the envelope.
I addressed my save the date today! I just addressed them formally like we will the inviations.. I figure it will look nice and will be easy to use and all set up for the invitations.

How did you you guys address your STDs? In a formal style like that used for invitations? Or something less formal?
