Leave the auto color correction OFF.
Also, I am 99% sure you will have to start each book from scratch. As someone who is well versed in design software, I found that the Adorama software made me want to slam my head against a wall.

I'm designing my wedding albums on Adorama and I created a 50 page book for myself. I know it's possible to order in different sizes (ie 12x12 or 10x10) but is it possible to "save as" so I could have my 50 page album and then create a second copy to work from so the base is exactly the same and I can change out some photos for my parents album?
Also, my photos came from a professional photographer, would most people recommend leaving the auto color correction feature on or off?
Thank you!
