My wedding is in August and the reception is outdoors. Our colors are deep purple, lime green, and gray. I have gray folding chairs for the recetpion, but I’m stressing about them and wondering if I should change to white. White chairs are twice as expensive though and we are expecting 400 guests. Does anyone have suggestions? Chair covers seem as expensive as upgrading to white chairs, but if anyone has suggestions on purchasing pre-owned chair covers, let me know!
Or I could just stick with the gray chairs.

I would stick with the gray chairs. Gray is one of your colors!
White chair covers will give you a sea of white that can overwhelm your other decor.

If you do decide to go with chaircovers, you can purchase them used from Craigslist:
Ebay or sites like http://www.recycledbride.com

I agree, stick with the gray chairs, especially since gray is one of your colors!

Don’t bother upgrading for twice the cost. Stick with gray! 🙂

As far as color goes – stick with the gray chairs! Nobody will care. However, if they are metal be sure they are not in the sun or they’ll be too hot to sit on!
