Bees, for those that have been through the process of walking into the store & registred items with your Fiance, what advice would you give?
Fiance suggested we go at 3pm, alhtough stores close at 5pm – i don’t think this is enough time.. is it??
I can see Fiance losing patience very quickly. My thoughts are that if we are choosing items to be purchased for us, we ‘should’ want to get the best value for money, although being a reliable product. – especially with the ‘bigger’ ticketed items.
We do have a ‘rough’ list … but unsure how helpful that is going to be.

I’d say to go a bit earlier since it will be the weekend. I work at Crate&Barrel and couples usually take a couple hours when there aren’t a bunch of other customers in their way and they take longer when we’re busy.
Also don’t be talked into anything you don’t think you’ll really need! If the sales person says you should get the expensive knives and you don’t really cook, for example, don’t feel pressured! Get what is right for you.
I have a whole schpeel that we tell registrants but some of it may be company specific but if you’re registering at Crate&Barrel I’d be happy to help : )
