Advice for an absolute newbie to engagement rings!

I actually think that size would be perfect for your 6.5 finger. That ring is gorgeous and will look amazing with sapphire as the center stone!

Here’s a useful site that can help show you what different sized stones will look like on your finger. You can put in your ring size, band width and everything. It only shows solitare style rings, though. So you’ll have to use your imagination for the rest. But at least you can get an idea of the centerstone.  That said, I think it looks smaller on the generator than in real life… at least for my ring’s dimensions. So that’s just something to consider, it’ll probably look bigger in person when it’s “3D”.

Sabrushi:  i think that setting will look gorgeous with a sapphire in it and it will have great finger coverage!

Blue Nile has a ring very similar to this and probably a fraction of the cost. It may be worth looking into 🙂

If you’re getting it delivered to Australia from overseas one thing to be careful of is that you’ll need to pay a customs tax of about 5% and gst of 10%, so you’ll need to factor that into the price of the ring.
