Advice needed – Negative experience with Fabulous U

That’s very strange.. paypal is usually pretty good about refunds where you don’t get an item as specified.

I made an order for artificial flowers, and got ones that looked nothing like the pictures.. they were about $150, i got all of my money back and didn’t have to return the flowers.

Also contact your credit card company. I had chase dispute a charge with a (non wedding) vendor when I coulent get ahold of the vendor for over a month.

@honeyt:  i have seen other threads on here from brides with the same problem. Something about fabulous U purposely taking over 45 days to contact brides who werent satisfied about their dresses so they couldn’t dispute charges. I will try to find the threads for you.
