The actual Tiffany Soleste ring looks amazing to me… and the diamond doesn’t sit quite so high – if I remember right, it sits flush with the halo. I’m wondering why the blue stone is up so high in this replica your jeweler is using. I would prefer it to sit flush.

1.5 carats with the double halo will be a LOT of finger coverage and bling. Could you go with a delicate single halo maybe?

It just depends on your style I guess. If you love bling and sparkle then do it, but I think it will be a big change from your solitaire. 1.5 carats is a very good diamond size.

Are the stones in the halo of the ring you posted the same size as the ones in the Soleste? There can be a lot of variation from halo to halo.

@Nikkita1:  If the blue stone in your original post is of similiar size to your current stone, I would share in the concerns that it will be too big and not delicate enough for your smaller fingers. While I personally LOVE the setting, I think a double halo is too much for you. Perhaps look in to a single halo? I think you could still get the desired look without risking it looking “too big”.

@Nikkita1:  wow, I think your original set is PERFECT!   that being saiid, obviously the blue stone is not set, so im sure when your diamond is actually in the setting it won’t be high up. from your anniversary band you’re into bling so GO FOR IT!

Personally, I prefer the look of a single halo. I do love a round stone in a cushion halo though. That’s what I have.
