(Closed) Advice on sticking to a fitness/healthy regime?

Keep on thinking about how great you feel when you’ve been juicing consistently. I’ve recently gone gluten free, clean eating and meat only 1 a week. I feel so amazing!! Anytime I think about eating any junk, I just keep thinking about how it will set me back. I also post a picture of my wedding dress on my fridge. It reminds me how important it is for me to look and feel great on my big day. I precook anything I possibly can. If its made and in the fridge waiting for me it’s hard to make excuses and reach for something else.

I don’t know about juicing but the key to sticking to anything is putting it on top of your priority list. I wake up every morning at 5:30, rain or shine, regardless of cramps or aches to work out because it’s what I promised myself. Put it in your schedule & don’t compromise it for anything: Every excuse you make is only cheating yourself.
