I say go for it. if you feel good in the dress then i say do it! Heck I knew someone who got married in the courthouse in a full on ball gown! And it wasnt akward at all at the courthouse they were in. Plus you want to feel good when you look back on photos ;)
Wear whatever you like! My FI is in the courtroom nearly every day (as a prosecutor, just to clarify!) and he always sends me pictures from his phone of wedding couples that he sees because he knows I am obsessed with weddings. You should SEE some of the things people wear. If google served me well, your dress is very elegant. The only thing I personally would feel weird about--if it were me-- would be going into the courthouse with a scandalously low-cut dress or super short dress.
Go for it! It's your wedding, courtouse or not, you should wear the dress you love!
You can wear anything to a courthouse wedding. It only depends on your style and comfort level. I've seen couples in jeans, suits and full on tux and ball gown at courthouse weddings. it all depends on your style.
I just have to say, that is a beautiful dress. I wish I had the body for it! $400 is a steal.
OMG yes the dress is pretty... The girl also sold me the jewerly all included, so it is a deal, I always thought court houses dress weren supposed to be tea lenght but I am a petite bride, 5" ft and 105 pounds so I got lost in any of those dresses..., now u think I should wear any other accesories on my hair?

so me and my FI are kinda eloping to Miami and getting married in the court house
I tried so many dresses and loved the galina signature SV 9563 " elegant satin with dropped waist, it fits soooooooo sexy, any way found it pre owned for 400, now I am having second thoughts 'cause I dont wanna look riduculous in the court house wearing that dress. I want to get some cute pics on the beach after the ceremony, and then I though if I used a cheaper dress I could spend that money on the honey moon expenses and/ or even the pics... any advice, is this dress too much for the court house?...
Please let me know what u think!!!!
