I did the 24 day challenge after thanksgiving and lost at least 10 lbs!! It really is great! It rids your body of the nasty stuff, helps put good supplements back in and gives you so much energy. I would def recommend doing it. I would recommend signing up to be an advisor so you can get the 20% discount if you plan on purchasing more through them throughout the year.

@bestbuddies: what kinds of ingredients are you worried about? Do you have allergies? There are no crazy drugs in them. They are natural supplements.

I did use the thermoplus. To be completely honest, it didn't seem to do anything for me. If you follow the eating plan and eat ever 2-3 hours, you honestly wont be hungry. You will be eating so much (just smaller portions...don't skip them if you aren't hungry!). I also got the catalyst and didn't notice anything special with it.

Yes - I've done the 24 day challenge and lost about 8 pounds with it. It is all reputable and scientifically proven, and backed by tons of atheletes (like drew brees). I use their CorePlex, ThermoPlus, and Nighttime therapy products. I love them. I also like their MNS Max vitamins.
