Hi Tucson Bees!

I used to go to a wonderful woman for facials, but she's not here anymore.  I've been to several places since her, but they just don't measure up (If anyone knew Sunday, you understand... ).  I was wondering if anyone had someone that they could recommend?  My face is my "trouble area" and I'd love to get a facial or two  before the wedding to help ensure that I don't have any huge breakouts.

I don't know if you've ever tried any Aveda products on your skin but they are very mild. My skin sometimes breaks out or goes red after a facial due to the products, but thats never happened with an Aveda facial.

Not sure exactly where you're located but there is the Aveda Institute on Mountain Ave down by the University. Here's the menu, the rates are lower here than at a salon as many of the cosmetologists/hairstylists there are in training, which I was initially weary about but I have been there on multiple occasions for hair and skin and have always been pleased with the result. And you can get a facial for $35-$50, instead of the usual $100++!

Thanks for the recommendation, BriarRose!  I didn't know about them, and their prices are GREAT!  I think I'll try them out!  Is there anyone in particular that you've liked, or just the place in general?

I've had a few different people do my facial/hair and I was satisfied with all of them.

Just be sure to tell them about your skin and its temperament so you get the correct treatment for your skin.
