@hannahbear: Check out La Fontaine Bleue. They've got two locations (Glen Burnie and Lanham), have a chapel on site, and offer all-inclusive options for receptions. They're prices are pretty reasonable for the area and for what you get.
I haven't been to either location yet (actually visiting the one in Glen Burnie on Saturday), so I'm not too sure of the view, or if there even is one.
If you are having a small wedding <80. Try 2941 Restaurant in Falls Church. Koi ponds and waterfalls and the food is amazing!
My reception is at The Inn at Brookeville Farms in Olney (my ceremony will be in DC so that my partner and I can be legally married). They do ceremonies and receptions, and they are uber affordable, especially considering how expensive everything can be in DC. And their food is awesome. Seriously. I daydream about one of their entrees....
:)
The National Golf Country Club in Ft. Washington Maryland.Has indoor and outdoor ceremony options.Extremely resonable prices , even on a saturday night. Only downside is the no outside catering. However there plated and Buffet options are reasonably priced. They are also running a special right now. 50% off venue/ceremony rental fee if booked before the end of the month.

Hi, I'm looking for a reasonably priced (as close to 15K as possible) venue for both my wedding and reception anywhere within 1.5 hours from DC. View and service important. Trying to stay away from hotels. Wedding will be in August, so indoor preferrable, although option to be outside would also be awesome. Any hidden gems out there???
