    I would like to find a Caterer in Baltimore that's cheap. My price range is 15-25 pp.

    Check out KS Catering.  Kevin is really helpful and will accommodate any request you have.  Their prices are definitely affordable.  And he offers a lot of additional things too with the packages.  www.kscateringonline.com

    I booked them for my outdoor/backyard wedding of 120 people.  They're doing a buffet dinner, bar, and taking care of  all the linens.

    Charm City caterers is a good one. We used to use them all the time for a company I worked for.

    Oh and we are having our wedding catered by Giovanni's. It is a local restaurant in Edgewood. That is not too far out of the city.

    My best friend's mom used Snyders Willow Grove in Baltimore, not sure if they do outside catering, but they were definitely reasonable
