Sweet Peas Florist in Long Beach. I am doing my flowers from them (for more but I have a ton of people) and my FSIL got a quote from them for 25 centerpieces, 6 BM, 6 GM and more for about $2000. Her wedding was for 250+ also so Im sure they can do something in your budget for 60 people.
I know someone that does floral arrangements. If you want her info I could get it for you.

Sweat Pea Florist in Long Beach are nice...a little pricey. I also know someone who does flower arranging on the side in Irvine and who does flowers for much cheaper. PM me if you want that info.

LaVonne's Florist in Newport Beach is who's doing my wedding... she has a cute little shop you can go to and see TONS of her work. I know she could definately fit you in under your budget! Check her out!

Flower Allie in fullerton is AWESOME~~!! I had a wedding of about 240 people... she did 29 centerpieces- (half tall, half short vases-- she didn't skimp on the flowers..), bouquets for me and my 4 bridesmaids, flowers for the family members- about 12, groomsmens, cake decorations, decorations for my venue-- lke the aisle runner, fabric/crystals for the front, and tons of extra rose petals for $2,600. She works with your budget and doesn't try to make you pay for stuff you don't need... and she helps you come up with ideas of how to get the most for your buck. She's had some reviews on project wedding where people complained about her because she was hard to get a hold of... but I found that she would return my phone calls at least a few days after I called her. We met a couple of time and after she got a feel for what I wanted, I just contacted her a few times and she was absolutely perfect... i LOVED LOVED my flowers.... check out some of the flowers.... if you have any questions, please let me know... http://www.weddingbee.com/2009/04/15/bios-of-the-week-21/

Can anyone recommend an affordable florist? I have a budget of under 1K. I have 4 bridesmaids and 4 groomsmen. We are doing petals for the ceremony and most likely for the reception of small, simple centerpeices. It's a small wedding for 60 people so not many tables.
