Try Craigslist. It worked for me. I got someone I really like who could work with my budget. Good Luck!
Where in Toledo are you?
I'm in the Five Points neighborhood (near the Lewis/Sylvania/Phillips intersection)
Hm I from Perrysburg and I know a salon there called Visions is normally pretty reasonable priced! I'm not to familiar with that area though. For my prom I went to Beauty Bar but I think that was a little expensive!
Hmm....I'll have to check out Visions. And yeah, I think Beauty Bar is a little more expensive.
I am from the Columbus area so I do not know who but I just wanted to let you know the first photo is gorgeous and a perfect style! Especially for an August wedding! Good luck!
@Anonymous: I asked my mary kay agent and she had visions do her hair and she like them a lot! I ts funny to mention that you mentioned b bar , b/c I am getting hair and makeup done there, and yeah it is pricey, like there eyelash application fee is rdiculuos 25 for full(just in case I cry) and 35 for individual lashes( if I want natural looking yet fuller lashes) ugh I want individual but not for 10 bucks more. but I guess if its something I need and convenient I will pay the price right?. but its close to me and its one day say its not that bad. I wouldnt be able to drive to visions and back to my place with in that time frame which visions btw is in perrysburg! On boundry st.

I was going to have a friend do my hair but she declined, so I'm looking for someone who can do my hair for a reasonable price. I'm thinking something fairly simple and low at the nape of my kneck. Here are a few of my inspiration pictures....
Any suggestions of who might be able to do it?
