I go to Custom Hair by Debralene in Oaklandon Area...she's a color specialist and will give you a great cut! She also sells wigs for cancer patients...but she's hard to book, as she is the only stylist in her private salon.
Other places I suggest are Hair's Red on Washington Street or Shear Crazy in Greenfield, IN.
I've never been here but my FMIL swears by them, don't know if they do wedding stuff or not, but it might be worth a try-
