It may sound odd but have you checked out the box sets from Target? They are a little nicer than what you find at say Michael's or Joann's. It can be hard to get the right color though since they only come in one pattern/color each. I know 200 or so invites is a lot but have you considered making them? Archiver's offers an awesome class (I think it is free too!) on different styles and how to make gorgeous invites if you aren't too crafty! Good luck.
I went to Paper Depot in Minneapolis! It costs way less and they are extremely helpful.
They have all the dye cutouts and it's all DIY. You have TONS of card stock to choose from and have a lot of samples to look through that best suits your taste! I would highly reccommend Paper Depot, t if you would like a DIY invite! It saved us hundereds of dollars! Our invite list was 260 people that only asked for 110 invites.
We ended up going for, 125 invites with envelopes and supplies to put them together, including adhesive and ribbon to tie. All for $220 all we had to do was print them!
Check out www.magnetstreet.com. You can get a free invite sample and the prices are affordable. It's where I'm getting mine done.

Where did you guys find your invites? I'd like to keep costs under $500 not including postage. Is that even possible with inviting 250 people, graned we won't need 250 invites, but I'm getting frustrated with places like Wedding Paper Divas, seems like A LOT of money.
