I would try to buy jewelry from another bride who wants to sell hers.  Like on Ebay or on the Knot Trash to Treasure board.   That’s where I got some of my stuff.

you can also try Etsy. There are some jewelry artists on that site that sell beautiful hand-made jewelry that is inexpensive.

I second etsy, or if you are up to it you could make your own. I posted a picture of my bracelet that I diy’d yesterday from a vintage brooch and freshwater pearls that I got at ACMoore. It was really easy and didn’t cost me a ton of money.
