Howdie, Where can i find a site that makes affordable monograms? I wanted to use customweddingdesigns.com but their site hasnt been working for a while? They offered customized monograms for $9.
Etsy is a great place! There are a lot of them offering monograms for very reasonable prices. Just search keyword "monogram" or browse the wedding invitation section...a lot of them pop up in there!
I second tiramisu's suggestion. I used creative montage(after seeing Mrs. Onion's post) and got 4 monograms for $20. My friend decided to use them as well and just got hers a couple of weeks ago for her wedding next May.
Yes - I elicited the help of a graphic designer friend in exchange for "beefing up her portfolio". I just searched the different monogram sites and showed her the designs I liked.

One to check out is MTK Designs: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5511145
Another one I have stumbled upon is Delovely Designs: http://www.delovelydesigns.blogspot.com/
Check back with how it works out for you...I am also in the market!
