It depends on what your idea of affordable is. There are many moderately priced photographers in the Columbus market that I admire, but you don't want to go too low on price or you'll be sacrificing quality!
My photographer is pretty reasonably priced - Jamie Clifford - Jamie's Eye is the name of her blog, I think. She has a more photojournalistic approach which is exactly what we were looking for.
Linda McDonald Photography is very affordable too. She has a website, but it hasn't been updated in awhile, lindamcdonaldphoto.com
Amy Rebecca Photography, Topshots in westerville is another good one. The gentleman's name is Brad.
Not sure if you found anyone yet, but check this couple out that does joint photography...very modern and very affordable.
Comfort Photography~ That is who I am going with.. Not too expensive and she is very very nice!
What is a good price range? My friend paid almost $5000 and she told me that you get what you pay for. I dont want to skim on that, but it seems like a lot to me.
