Here is a pic from my wedding day. My hair is naturally curly, I do not have a relaxer....Just flat ironed and curled

This is me!
For hair, I just had a side ponytail with my own hair (unfortunately it started falling out rapidly a few months before my wedding so it was thinner than it had been any other time in my life! I was tempted to get a weave, but I just let it go!). I had a flower made by an etsy seller with some of my own tweaks.
For makeup, a girl that works for Mac did it for me (a friend of a friend).
The dress was Pronovias Galante, even though you can't see much of it here.
Wedding was in downtown LA at the library.

This picture shows my hair. A portion of it was put into a ponytail and then the loose pieces were twisted into the piece with the ponytail.
I am so excited for all of us! I love AA posts like this! Here's an inspiration board I made of some celebrity looks I like....
@YSQueen:I know right? I'm thinking I'm gonna go with the Kelly Rowland full weave. I'm not officially natural but I haven't had a relaxer in about 4 months. I've been keeping it weaved. I'm having a DW in Jamaica and need it to last thru travel, the wedding, and the honeymoon immediately after.

Hey AA Bee's!
I would love to see photos of African American (or AA mixed) Brides and their Weddings! I myself am half AA and half Caucasian and would love to see the many hairstyles, makeup, dresses & details of African American Brides.
Lately I have noticed that most of the Wedding/Bride Magazines do not feature many or sometimes any African American or even Brown Skin Brides. Thought I'd try asking the AA WeddingBee Brides to share their beautiful day!
