@DCSquared: I dunno, but that’s why I love my natural hair. No need to hide from the rain or anything! 🙂

Oh this reminds me of that Chris Rock Documentary, “Good Hair”.

It was so insightful!

@DCSquared: Well if she straightens it that’s a different story. But if you’re natural and you keep your hair curly, you don’t have to worry about water.

Thats a good question! I don’t care too much for hair at all. How my hair looks depends on my mood and what I’m doing. Some days I want it curly and lovely, other days I rock a ponytail like Michelle Obama (which my fiance calls ponytail Tuesday), some days I get it braided, roller set it or let it fly all over my head. Too me there are many more important things. While I don’t plan to look crazy on my wedding day, my hairstyle will be based on what mood im in. Short or long, who knows until the day of! And fiance is fully supportive of that.

And you all are right, there is no true reason to go natural if you don’t ever wear a natrual hairstyle. It’s funny because when its starts raining and I’m out, I walk as if i own the place! I don’t run for cover!! The hair can be fixed. Good post!

lolol, that picture is too funny!  You should see me when it starts raining attempting to dodge the raindrops.  Hilarious.
