Thanks so much everyone! I will give more details tomorrow, but I figured I would add a picture of the location. It was at a castle resturant. I thought it was so cute :-). Thank you everyone for the lovely comments :-). Peter took me shopping, we bought a beautiful silk dress, and he took me to Shakespeare’s Restaurant for dinner (Elwood City, Pa). After dinner, he proposed. I could not be happier! He is as excited as I am lol. I truly appreciate the support that I have received from all of you! You have been incredibly wonderful to me and I am blessed to have found this site :-).

@cosmocity: You are such a kind and wonderful person! Thank you :-)! I do believe the FI and I have a strong connection. I do feel as though the longer we dated, the closer we got. I wanted to get engaged about a year or two ago, but looking back, we were not as strong as we are now. I am grateful we have had this long to get to know each other and that we have had some interesting life experiences to bring us to this point. We have been together since we were 18, so we have certainly grown up together. An engagement prior to this point would have spelled trouble lol. Thank you again for making my day :-).

@TinyTina: Yay! we are definitely engagement twinies :-). Congrats to you as well. You two have been together a substantial amount of time also! We need to keep in touch and keep each other up to date on the wedding planning :-). Have you decided when you are getting married? We are shooting for Fall 2011.
