I got my engagement dress from Landy (internal construction was great, finish was absolutely terrible), and my wedding dress from Jasmines. I wrote a post about each. So I can’t help you with any other places, but I can tell you about my experiences with those two, if you like?

If the Jasmine’s dress looks different, you can ask for revisions. You have plenty of time, unlike me! Show them the picture of those dresses, and tell them that you want more layers to tulle etc to make it “poof”! The dress you want isn’t my dress though…

I wrote about Jasmines here: http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/travelling-to-suzhou-in-search-of-the-dress/page/4?replies=154#post-

@Rachel631:   I agree they can add extra tulle layers to the crinoline to make it more poofy they did this for more daughter’s dress.

@Sophia24:   This is how poofy they were able to get my daughter’s dress.  I didn’t want the underlayers to show either. There are about 10 outer layers on the dress.
