What about the revolving restraunt in Covington, or Bootsy's has good food and a really neat atmosphere. Im pretty sure they have private rooms too.
Mt. Adams Pavilion has a pretty neat room at the top of their bar/restaurant. Check it out. We've thought about having our AHR there.
If your budget allows, McCormick and Schmick's would be awesome. Their party room overlooks Fountain Square and it's right downtown if you're staying in a hotel there or want to go out afterward.

Any Cincinnati bees have any good thoughts on a venue for our after party? We are thinking about 35 - 40 people, a small intimate ceremony and then an 'after party' at a local restaraunt, as opposed to a full blown 'reception.' Any and all ideas are welcome and appreciated.
Thanks!
