I finished the 30 day shred 2 days before my wedding and then did the level 3 workout a few more times before the honeymoon. I returned from the honeymoon 3 days ago and decided to start level 3 for 10 more days (after that I will decide on a new workout). So I had about 3 weeks off. (for those who are interested, I lost about an inch off my waist and hips and maybe a few pounds. I didn’t diet).
I wasn’t exactly a couch potato before I started the workout (I am 50 and have done some form of exercise since I was about 25) but I did find it challenging, particularly the first few days of level one until I got the hang of it. After the time off, though (no real exercise program but lots of swimming during the honeymoon), I still make it though level 3 easily. So this must be a very good workout for building stamina.
