I don’t have experience with EGL stones but I do want to say that the ring is gorgeous! I think it’ll be beautiful in yellow gold, too!

@cls9q:  honestly, that is a terrible picture, they are crazy to send that to a customer. I would be freaking out too if iwere yiu BUT i think it is just the quality of the photo.  Fingers crossed! Maybe they can take a better one?

I’d ask them to take it in a different room so you can see it…and ditch the yellow on everything.

It looks beautiful. It really doesn’t look bad at all to me, but maybe I just have low standards. I can never even imagine having a ring that beautiful.

@cls9q:  So pretty!! I have an EGL stone (graded an E) and it looks bright white to me. I know what they say about GIA v. EGL, but meh. Every diamond is different. You just have to see it in person! Here is mine, just for fun (on a teapot, before it was set) 🙂
