@wontonsoup:  I always lose tons of water weight if I stop eating simple carbs.  Cutting out white sugar, white pasta, and white flour will make a huge difference.

@wontonsoup:  You can do a lot in 14 days.  FI and I recently got back into workout mode and cleaned up our diets and I lost 6 pounds in about 2 weeks.  And, my stomach looks way flatter.

It will all be okay!

Look up the Jillian Michaels water detox cleanse. It can help you get rid of some of the weight fast!

OMG, be so careful!  I lost a lot of weight inexplicably in the last 2 weeks before my wedding.  And my dress ended up not fitting because of it!  It was very loose and sticking up off my chest.

If you’re serious about losing some weight (even if it’s just water weight), try and get your dress fitted again closer to your wedding.  I really regret how my dress fit my body on my wedding day.  I’d hate to see you go through the same thing.

Oh sweetie… sounds like you’re having a bad day.  I bet that since you’ve had and loved your dress for a year and it is just now bothering you, that it is definitely the PMS and crappy period bloat.  Your period should be over before the wedding and that will help.  Just watch your intake, drink lots of water, and go for a 30 minute walk everyday if nothing else – and it will help cut the bloat and you’ll feel better.

I’m sure the dress is still as beautiful on you as ever!  But I know how that bloat can make you feel.  I’ve tried my dress on and LOVED it, and I’ve also tried it on right after eating a big cream cheesy bagel and felt like a whale.  It happens to us all…

You’ll be fine by the 3rd!  I’m sure of it!

@wontonsoup:  drink water with grapefruit slices, cucumber and mint. Will help with gross bloat. 2-3 glasses a day.

I wouldn’t do body wraps. Do some cardio, drink nothing but water and cut out carbs and sugar for the next couple of weeks.
