I have the opposite problem–I write mainly prose and have issues with poetry. πŸ˜› I’m working on a longer project at the moment and have set up a writing group with a few of my former classmates, but if you want to exchange work and get feedback, I’d be happy to take a look at whatever you have. πŸ™‚

wow, i love writing, I used to do it all the time, but now i’ve stopped for so long, at least 10 yars, that I am not sure I can do it again…

My problem is when I try and go to sleep, that is when all these fabulous ideas come to mind…

so good luck to you, i woudn’t mind reading it… [email protected] πŸ™‚  if you wanna just let someone read it:)

Yay! Congrats!

I haven’t really written anything I can even really note recently. My reward for when I finish my writing sample for grad school is to really dig into the edits for the script I’ve been working on for years, allowing that I have time from class and rehearsals.

I write both poetry and fiction. My second assignment for the creative writing class Im currently taking is due in a couple weeks and I’m worried I won’t finish it in time! I’m a perfectionist so everything I write takes AGES. Good to see some other writers here πŸ™‚

@SweetRose2011: Ha, same here. I’m working on letting myself just write, and then come back to edit/revise huge chunks later, but it is hard to break the perfectionist habit!

And congrats on finishing your last story for your class πŸ™‚
