I see so many people asking about airbrush foundation.  Here is some info on Airbrush foundation in a nutshell ...

1.  Applied by force of air, feels weightless on the skin

2.  Can get minimum to maximum coverage 

3.  there are many different kinds of airbrush foundation - not just one kind.  Some are more dewy to ones that are matte. Also some are water based while others are silicone based.  Ask your artist what he/she uses.  

4.  Most airbrush foundations are water resistant and will last all day with minimal fatigue.  (not all airbrush foundations are equal - test out your artist's products by getting a trial run and wearing it all day)

Can you do eye shadow makeup using airbrush makeup, or only foundation and blush/or bronzer?

You can get minimal to maximum coverage with an airbrush.   Yes, as answered above eye shadow and brows can be done with an airbrush. 

If you have had a trial with airbrush and didn't like it, it could just be you didn't like the amount that was applied or the type of product used.  Be sure to ask a lot of questions regarding the product used and use the trial run to see if you like minimum coverage or a bit more.  Everyone is different and some people may prefer more coverage then others.

Oily skin may require more of a matte to a satin/matte finish while dry skin may require more of a satin/dewy finsish. 

It may also be good to know that airbrushed foundation can do wonders for evening out skin tone (broken capillaries, superficial acne scars, hyperpigmentation, dark cirlcles, etc.) but will do almost nothing to improve skin texture.
